Who it’s for: new injuries, recurring pain, pre/post-operative care

WELLNESS + PERFORMANCE — supporting your alignment & longevity: A performance session blending hands-on recovery and mindful movement to help you feel and move your best.
What’s included (as appropriate):
• Dry needling
• Cupping
• Soft tissue therapy
• Mobility + stability training
Who it’s for: maintenance, performance cycles, stress + tension relief
